Chhatt Puja:
Chhatt Puja - The Diwali festivites continue with Chhatt Puja. Celebrated just a few days after Diwali predominantly in Bihar and UP. It is believed that the main sources of Sun's powers are his wife Usha and Pratyusha. The early morning dip in the river with diyas floating in the river are salutation to Usha(The first ray of sunlight).
Dedicated to one of my favorite Aunt, who introduced me to this festival. Unfortunately I lost her just a few days ago.
